Real estate happenings or soon to happen

Since I am a Realtor and live in Timbergrove Manor (in the older section), I thought I would start a blog regarding the upcoming new construction just north of us off of Prince St @ W 13th St. It appears a community of 40 new townhomes will be built where the Houston Gate Co. currently resides. It is my belief the builder is Parkside Homes. (Subject to verification). Many of the residents on Prince St are concerned about increased traffict southward once the community is sold out. I too have that concern. Hopefully, once the blog is passed around to a few internet savvy residents we will have suggestions and concerns form them as well.
